NEWARK , November 10, 1999 - Twenty-five students from River Dell and Emerson High Schools learned about career opportunities in engineering at a Career Exploration Program sponsored by New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and Burns and Roe Enterprises, Inc. at Burns and Roe's offices in Oradell, NJ. The students, who are all considering engineering careers, also received a tour of a high tech computer-aided design (CAD) facility and a demonstration of CAD techniques at the industry-leading engineering firm.
