


The Albert Dorman Honors College exists to help the brightest students achieve their full potential. Your classmates will be top students among all majors who want to share their time, enthusiasm, and talents. Over 625 Honors students excel in Engineering, Architecture, Management, the Sciences and Liberal Arts, or Computing Sciences.
The NJIT Honors College offers a challenging educational experience that stimulates students to test their limits, a technology-rich education to foster a new generation of innovators and entrepreneurs, and a well-rounded education that emphasizes social consciousness and community service.

The Honors Computer Lab at the Albert Dorman Honors College, located on the fourth floor of Fenster Hall, was dedicated on November 19 in honor of Daniel A. Henderson, president of PhoneTel Communications, Inc., a member of the Albert Dorman Honors College Board of Visitors and a long-time donor.

Biren Bhatt (2005) was one of the brightest and most compassionated students ever to attend NJIT. He graduated in just three years with a perfect grade point average: a 4.0.
The Honors College conducts admission interviews at NJIT's Open Houses, which are held twice a year. Fall Open House will be Sunday, October 26, 2008. Winter Open House will be Sunday February 22, 2009.
NJIT's Admissions Office holds Instant Decision Days throughout the semester for prospective freshmen and transfer applicants. On these same days the Honors College also interviews qualified applicants for instant decision on admission to the Honors College.
