           Spring 2007 Conference

      HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

For conference participants and accompanying persons that need hotel accommodations, a number of rooms have been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites-Newark Riverwalk hotel.

Guests should make reservations by calling 1-800-Hampton or the hotel directly at (973) 483-1900.  When making a reservation, guests should mention the reservation group code: ASE and (if asked) the group name: ASEE Mid-Atlantic.

The agreed upon rate is $119/room for standard rooms and $139/suite for suites.  To obtain these rates, reservations must be made no later than March 23, 2007.  The rates above are valid for the nights of 4/13/07 and 4/14/07 (for those who wish to extend their stay in the area).

The hotel is very close to campus and arrangements have been made for a hotel shuttle to accommodate participants’ needs (to and from the NJIT campus) on both 4/13 and 4/14/07.

Reservation block cut-off date is 3/23/07.
