Student Leadership

There are many ways NJIT students, both undergraduate and graduate, can develop student leadership skills, an integral part of their college experience.

The Lisa A. Pierce Center for Leadership, established in 2004, offers a wide variety of leadership development opportunities such as freshman initiatives, a leadership certificate, membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, National Leadership Honor Society and much more.

Taking advantage of the leadership opportunities that NJIT has to offer provides students with the experiences and skills that will broaden their education as well as serve them well in their professional endeavors.
