Pi Kappa Phi
Dear Brothers:
Alumni should feel free to contact Pat, Ron Szkodny '76 (rszkodny@patmedia.net) or Russ Chomiak '70, '82 (rachomiak@aol.com) to receive invitations and information regarding alumni events. Every month, typically the first Wednesday, we convene for a social event in various pubs throughout North Jersey. One of those is reserved for a shore pub usually in June. We have also had a "blow-off day" in Manasquan for the third Friday in July but we've not set that date this year because of the devastation by Hurricane Sandy.
In addition, the "senior" alumni group meets annually for its weekend event. This year, the group will be gathering in Malvern, PA and hosted by Tom Carroll '65. Rich Schroeder '66 is planning to deliver an update on NJIT which promises to be absolutely riveting. You'll be impressed and compelled to learn even more about the fabulous work undertaken by graduates and undergraduates alike in engineering and related fields!
Look for information regarding the annual Rose Ball, Supreme Chapter meeting, and Founders Day celebrations soon.
Lastly, check out the progress of the construction of the new chapter house as part of the Greek Village at www.NJIT.org.
P.S. NJIT has a total of 503 Pi Kappa Phi alumni of record -- 413 with good addresses, with about 200 who also have email addresses. We'd like to improve this list. If you're one of the lost alumni listed (or maybe of someone's whereabouts?), please give the Office of Alumni Relations a call and update your contact information.
The Beta Alpha Alumni News is the official Publication of the Beta Alpha Chapter Alumni Organization. Hard Copies are mailed out about twice a year to all that are on our mailing list. If you do not currently receive a copy please email Pat@BetaAlpha.com with your current address to be added to the list.
Below are links to the most recent editions of the Beta Alpha Alumni News. Enjoy!!
