Whether you're a serious competitor or a weekend warrior, NJIT has you covered with 18 NCAA Division I varsity sports, along with club and intramural sports. Because of NJIT's size, it's easy to join a varsity team; you may even be able to play two sports.

Close to three-quarters of NJIT's student-athletes have a GPA of 3.0 or better. No matter what your level of competition, you can make use of facilities that include an indoor running track, a six-lane pool, a fitness center, a gym that seats 1,500, racquetball and squash courts, tennis courts, a volleyball court and a 1,000-seat stadium.
