Job Description:

The NJ Green Homes Office works to improve resources and financing available for energy efficient residential multi-family building.  The intern will work mainly on Energy Benchmark initiative.  Developers of affordable housing are increasingly required to include energy efficiency measures as a condition of state funding.  Knowing the actual energy saving results will help NJHMFA in sizing requirements and prioritizing initiatives.
