Wayne Chaneski,

Mr. Chaneski has more than 25 years of experience in industry.  He has introduced cost saving ideas to numerous small and mid size companies and is recognized as on of the state's premier resources for improving manufacturing operations.  Chaneski has numerous publications to his credit, including a monthly column called "Competing Ideas" appearing in Modern Machine Shop magazine (www.mmsonline.com) in which he offers ideas for streamlining operations and delivering goods and services "better, faster and cheaper."  His writings and accomplishments have also been featured in VP Magazine, The Manufacturer, Die Cast Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and more.

Mr. Molnar has spent the majority of his career in industry and demonstrates a thorough understanding of a wide range of manufacturing disciplines.  During his time at the university, Mr. Molnar has transformed the CMS manufacturing operation into a highly integrated, functional manufacturing enterprise.  Mr. Molnar’s efforts are divided between supporting university faculty and staff and servicing public and private companies.
