The Foundation at NJIT, a 501(c ) (3) tax-exempt organization, is the fundraising arm of the university.  The Board of Overseers, which has fiduciary responsibility for the Foundation, provides tremendous support by playing a leadership role in fundraising and providing a link to the corporate world.

The NJIT Board of Overseers serves as the governing body for the NJIT Foundation and provides a key advisory link with a wide range of organizations in the business community.
