Gifts to NJIT may come in many forms, but they all share a singular purpose:  to help the university carry out its mission as New Jersey's premier research university - an institution that is committed to excellence yet financially accessible to all talented students.  Contributed support helps NJIT provide a rigorous educational experience to students of modest means, including many who are the first in their families to attend college.  Contributions help support our award-winning faculty as they pursue new challenges in research.  And contributions help us recruit the brightest students in the state and country, including a growing corps of first-rate scholar athletes.  Our donors feel good about helping a top-ranked research university get even better.

The university accepts gifts of cash, marketable securities, life insurance, and other types of assets. Many donors pursue matching gifts from their employers, and include NJIT in their estate plans.  In addition, donors to NJIT are offered a wide variety of alternatives for designating their support as well as naming and recognition options, so that every donor has an opportunity to fulfill his or her philanthropic priorities.
