Donor Story: Annuities ― A Special Way to Support NJIT

While there are many ways to help advance NJIT’s mission in education and research, a gift annuity has a special dimension. Like other planned-giving options, it not only supports NJIT, but also provides unique benefits for the giver.

 N. Wells Gow ’52 is among the many alumni who are proud to support their alma mater through planned giving. In 1997, he established a gift annuity as a way to help exceptional young men and women realize their educational aspirations ― in the same way that attending NJIT enabled him to receive a university education that was both outstanding and affordable.

In exchange for his gift, Mr. Gow receives annuity payments from NJIT for the rest of his life. The interest rate on such a charitable gift annuity is fixed and does not fluctuate with investment performance.

We invite you to join Mr. Gow in making a planned gift to NJIT.
