In order to better serve the needs of job applicants, NJIT has recently transitioned to an online recruitment system. Applicants can now search and apply for positions from virtually any location at any time.
The system provides applicants the ability to open their own user accounts through which they can:
- maintain an online employment application
- create and save multiple resume formats, if desired
- apply for jobs online
- track the status of their application(s)
With the implementation of this system, paper applications, resumes or other supporting documents are no longer required to be submitted through mail/fax or e-mail. All necessary documents should be submitted online through this system only.

Please note that we no longer accept paper applications. If you have already applied for a job which is currently open and has a job open date prior to 04/17/2007, there in no need for you to re-apply through this system.
