Kamal Joshi, PHR  Director HRIS

Kamal Joshi joined NJIT in January 2002 in the office of   Institutional Research and Planning. He started dividing his time between Human Resources and Institutional Research effective Feb 2004 and since March 2010 has taken over full time responsibilities in Human Resources.

 He is a certified HR professional and holds Masters degrees in Statistics and Computer Science.

He is responsible for compiling data for all internal and external agencies, analyzing the human resources administrative systems, and development of solutions to support the activities and functions of  Human Resources office.
