Patricia Lawrence, Director of Benefits Administration

Patricia has been working in the H.R. field for 38 years and is currently the Benefits Manager in the Department of Human Resources at the NJIT. She has a BS in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the NJ State Benefits Council, College & University Personnel Assn., American Management Association, Worker’s Compensation Committee and the committee on Disable Persons. She also holds professional in the Hay Job Analysis & Classification Evaluator, Retirement Planning Certification, FLSA in the Public Sector Certification, Investment Management Certification & Section 125 Plan Administration Certification.
