Burt Kimmelman, PhD, associate professor of English, has edited The Facts on File Companion to 20th-Century American Poetry (Facts on File, Inc., 2005), a guide to the rich contributions made by American poets to this literary form. Kimmelman has written the introduction for this reference as well as appendices including a general bibliography and a glossary of poetic terms.
