Carlos Rivera, an adjunct professor in NJIT's School of Management, will speak at the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey's 15th Annual Convention, Expo and Career Fair on Oct. 14 at the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott. Admission is free.
