Members of the NJIT community gathered on Lubetkin Field on Oct. 7 to sing Happy Birthday and enjoy a six-foot ceremonial cake. The event was a highlight of NJIT Day, the university's annual fall festival, and part of NJIT's ongoing celebration of the 125th anniversary of Newark Technical School.
