NJIT will host a special screening of Food, Inc., Robert Kenner's film about the nation's food industry, on March 28, 6-9 p.m. in Cullimore Lecture Hall 1. A panel discussion featuring Peter Fischbach, executive chef at NJIT, and Fran McManus, co-founder of the Princeton School Gardens Cooperative, will follow the screening.
