The IEEE-North Jersey Section Electron Devices, Circuits and Systems Chapters and NJIT will host a talk by EDS Distinguished Lecturer Fernando Guarín of the Semiconductor Research and Development Center at IBM on April 6 at 5 p.m. in ECEC 202.  “Semiconductor Reliability Topics for Advanced CMOS Technologies" is the topic of Guarín's talk.
