Judith Sheft, associate vice president for technology and development at NJIT, will be the keynote speaker at the North-America Chinese Entrepreneur Association (NACEA) Annual Conference on Dec. 3 at NJIT. "Entrepreneurs and Universities – Perfect Together" will be the title of her talk.
