Basil C. Baltzis, PhD, professor in the Otto H. York Department of Chemical, Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering, has been appointed as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs of the Newark College of Engineering. He will assist the College with matters related to academic affairs. His appointment will begin effective December 1, 2011.
