Durgamadhab Misra, PhD, professor in the department of electrical and computer engineering at NJIT, served as the Guest Editor of the current issue of "INTERFACE" magazine (Vol. 20, No. 4) of the Electrochemical Society. The issue topic is “Evolution of Dielectric Science and Technology for Nanoelectronics.” He also published an article on “High-k Dielectrics on High-Mobility Substrates: The Interface" in the same volume.
