NJIT Professor Spoke at the New Jersey Technology Council Workshop on Mobile, Telecom & the Cloud

Dr. Cesar Bandera, adjunct professor in the School of Management and College of Computing Sciences, spoke today at Juniper Networks OpenLab in Bridgewater. The focus of his talk was his research in the use of mobile multimedia in public health and emergency response.
