NJIT Associate Professor Roberto Rojas-Cessa will be the general co-chair of the upcoming 35th IEEE Sarnoff Symposium on May 21-22, 2012. NJIT will be the host for the first time in the event’s history. “The IEEE Sarnoff Symposium has a long tradition on bringing together experts in communications and networking to exchange ideas and present relevant research work,” said Rojas-Cessa. This year, and for the first time in the history of the symposium, the symposium will be hosted by NJIT. Rojas-Cessa works in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NJIT’s Newark College of Engineering.
