At the 18th International Conference on Advanced Oxidation Technologies for Treatment of Water, Air and Soil held in Jacksonville, Florida, Lev Krasnoperov, professor in the Department of Chemistry and Environmental Science, presented a keynote lecture entitled "Chemical Reactions in Non-thermal Plasma."  In addition, Krasnoperov presented an educational lecture on the same subject at the Pre-Conference Workshop.
