Marek Rusinkiewicz, Dean of NJIT's College of Computing Sciences, presented a Top Hiring Company Award to Les Lartey, AT&T Lead Manager of College Recruiting, at the NJIT Recruiting Partner Recognition and Awards Ceremony.
“We are your supply chain of talent,” Executive Director of Career Development Services Greg Mass told a group of more than 60 employers assembled at the NJIT Recruiting Partner Recognition and Awards Ceremony in April. The event acknowledged organizations with a strong on-campus presence that resulted in successful recruiting and employment outcomes for NJIT students and graduates.Organizations who actively participated in campus professional development activities such as Resumania, Mock Interviews and career workshops for student professional organizations were also recognized. Throughout the ceremony representatives of Johnson & Johnson, ADP, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car gave presentations on “best practices” in recruitment.
During the event, Mass announced the launch of NJIT’s new Recruitment Partner Sponsor Program. Beginning June 2, the program will offer specific branding and inclusion opportunities that are focused on increasing employers’ level of visibility to NJIT students and the entire campus community.
