NJIT Women's Soccer Team Blanks Longwood on Senior Day

The NJIT women's soccer team celebrated Senior Day and Breast Cancer Awareness Day with a 2-0 win over visiting Howard Sunday afternoon in Great West Conference action at J. Malcolm Simon Stadium at Lubetkin Field. The Highlanders recognized senior Briana Morales in pre-game ceremonies. With 58 career games played, Briana is among the program's all-time leaders.

NJIT Hosts Arab Awareness Week: Co-sponsored By Christian, Muslim and Jewish Students

At a time when America is at war in the Middle East, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) hosts Arab Awareness Week – a celebration of Arabic culture, religion, history and science. The week, sponsored by the Arab Students Association, the Jewish Student Organization, the Christian Fellowship and the Muslim Students Association, bespeaks the civil diversity of the NJIT student body. Each day during the week of March 31 – April 4, students will set up tables that showcase aspects of Arab life.
