NJIT used a 15-0 second-half run to pull away from visiting Dominican (N.Y.) College in its 67-45 quarterfinal victory of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women's basketball tournament on Tuesday night at the Fleisher Athletic Center. It was the first postseason victory for the Highlanders in their eight years as a member of NCAA Division II. NJIT, the tournament's No. 4 seed, moves on to play top seed Holy Family University in the semifinals on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Caldwell College. >>
