Margaret McKeon was recently named the new head coach of the NJIT women's basketball program. McKeon, whose track record includes five NCAA Division I postseason tournament appearances, will take over a program that completed its first season of Division I competition in March 2007. >>

Dena Baskous was honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America on its 2005 all-New England Region second team. Baskous, a sophomore, was a key player in helping NJIT post new program records for overall wins and conference wins while also making postseason play for the first time. >>
