Georgia State Professor To Present Research on Pervasive Healthcare at IS Seminar

Upkar Varshney, PhD, an associate professor in the department of computer information systems at Georgia State University, will present his research on pervasive healthcare at the Information Systems Seminar on Oct. 2, 1-2 p.m. in GITC 3730. His talk will introduce the concept of wireless and pervasive healthcare, present several pervasive healthcare applications, derive requirements and wireless solutions and discuss current and future research challenges.
