NJIT will break new ground this summer with a new and affordable graduate online tuition rate for out-of-state students. “The new tuition will make it possible for students anywhere in or outside the U.S. to study full or part-time at NJIT,” said Gale Tenen Spak, associate vice president of the Division of Continuing Professional Education.

For an up-close look at life at NJIT, make time this fall and winter to attend an upcoming open house. The take-away will be more than a campus tour and meeting with an admissions counselor. You’ll learn about NJIT’s graduate and undergraduate programs in high-growth in-demand fields and meet one on one with faculty and admissions representatives.
It’s not easy these days attending school, working, plus worrying about increased commuting costs.  That’s why NJIT is pleased to announce a new online master’s degree program in management as well as five new online business-related certificate programs starting Sept. 2, 2008. Registration is currently underway.

The Sloan Consortium recently honored Starr Roxanne Hiltz, PhD, distinguished professor of  information systems at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) for achievement in online teaching and learning.  Hiltz is a recognized authority on computer-mediated communication and learning networks.  The consortium is an association of more than 450 institutions and higher education groups engaged in on-line learning
