Miura has been named a 2013 inaugural Fellow of the American Mathematical Society (AMS).  This first class will honor 1119 scholars, representing more than 600 institutions.  Fellows have made outstanding contributions to the creation, exposition, advancement, communication, and utilization of mathematics, according to the Society.  >>
