In November, a visit to Finland included invited presentations by Hiltz on "The Impact of Online Learning and Social Media on Higher Education" at the Finnish Society for Futures Studies, Helsinki; and "Social Media: Characteristics, Social Issues, and Use in Marketing," at the Turku School of Economics. Turoff's invited presentations included: "Emergency Response Information Systems" at Nokia in Helsinki, and a keynote address on the Delphi Method at the annual Millennium Project meeting in Helsinki.
