Mengchu Zhou, PhD, professor of electrical and computer engineering and director of the Laboratory for Discrete Event Systems at NJIT, received the Outstanding Contribution Award from IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society at the annual banquet of IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man and Cybernetics.
