NJIT bestowed 2,063 degrees during its May 18 graduation ceremony held at the Continental Airlines Arena. NJIT President Robert A. Altenkirch called the 2006 graduating class, which marks the 125th anniversary of the founding of NJIT, one of the largest and finest in the history of the university.

Governor Jon Corzine will be the keynote speaker at NJIT’s 2006 Commencement to be held at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford on May 18 at 9 a.m. NJIT will bestow an honorary doctorate of humane letters to Corzine for his public service to the nation as a U.S. senator and to the state as governor. >>
