An essay by Satyaki Sen, a student majoring in electrical engineering at NJIT, was critiqued by former Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger at the 47th Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference (NAFAC). Hosted by the United States Naval Academy, NAFAC brings together an outstanding group of undergraduates to debate major issues of American foreign policy.
