The Highlanders recorded its second win of the season having two double-figure scorers on the night led by sophomore guard Jessica Gerald scoring a game-high 20 points—15 coming in the second half. >>

The Star-Ledger College Summer League, an NCAA-sanctioned summer league, brings together men's college players from all levels to compete in regular competition in New Brunswick, NJ. >>

NJIT is one of six institutions that have joined the expansion of the Great West Conference to form a Division I all-sports league that will conduct championship competition in several sports in 2008-09 and then begin full conference scheduling and championships in 2009-10. >>

Dom Hayes Makes NJCBA Division I All-Rookie Team

NJIT freshman Dom Hayes was selected by the New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association to the 2008 all-rookie all-state team as an outfielder. Hayes is the second NJIT outfielder to be selected for Division I all-state honors as the Highlanders finish up their second year competing at the NCAA Division I level. >>
NJIT junior Iulia Doci was selected as the 2007-08 national Division I Independent Player of the Year in women's tennis and she joined three other Highlanders on the all-Independent women's tennis team.
