Corina Bot, a PhD student in the department of physics, received first prize for the most outstanding graduate student talk at the Rutgers-UMDNJ-NJIT Integrative Neuroscience Minisymposium on Oct. 12. NJIT will host on June 1-2, 2009 Frontiers in Applied and Computational Mathematics (FACM '09), the sixth in a series of annual conferences organized by the NJIT's Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Center for Applied Mathematics and Statistics.
