Philip L. Rinaldi, of Bridgewater Township, an NJIT alumnus, has been elected to succeed Emil C. Herkert as chairman of the NJIT Board of Overseers. Herkert, of Whippany, who became an overseer in 1980, will remain on the Board as chairman emeritus. >>
