Sima Bagheri, PhD


Sima Bagheri, PhD

Sima Bagheri, PhD is a professor in the department of civil and environmental engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology, currently is working on the development of an expert system for optical water quality parameters of nearshore waters as part of a NASA faculty fellowship. She served as a principal investigator for the National Science Foundation project to establish the Remote Sensing and GIS Instructional Laboratory at NJIT.

Bagheri received her PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her MS from Illinois State University, and her BS from Tehran University.
