Norman Loney, PhD, is an associate professor in the department of chemical engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology. His research interests include:mathematical modeling of chemical processes such as membrane separation, chemical vapor deposition, solvent sublation and NOx/SOx control; engineering solutions to turbulent boundary layer problems involving mass transfer; and modeling of drug delivery systems. Recent publications include: Applied Mathematical Methods for Chemical Engineers, CRC Press, 2000; and Loney, N. W. and C. R. Huang, “Analytic Solution of an LPCVD Reactor Interwafer Region,” J. of Thin Solid Films 226, (1993) 15-21. Loney received his PhD, MS and BSChE degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology. |
