Ordering Stationery

Please follow these simple steps for ordering:

Step 1

  • Create a requisition on FRS to the appropriate vendor for the items that you are procuring (you can either enter a one time item specific order or a blanket order for ongoing needs).  Approve requisition and wait for P.O. # to be assigned (orders cannot be placed without a valid Purchase Order).

Step 2

  • Now that you have a valid P.O. # you can log on to the vendor’s site* and complete their order form.

Step 3

  • The vendor will email you a “Proof” for your approval. You or a department designated approver should carefully review all the imprint information (it is important to insure that there are no errors at this point since this is the final document that will be printed). If in doubt as to proper title, please check with the Human Resources Department.

Step 4

  • When the vendor receives the approved “Proof” they will proceed with printing the items ordered (this will take a maximum of 10 business days). The items will then be shipped to the NJIT mailroom for distribution.
