What is NJIT's tax ID #?

Our Tax ID is 226000910. Please contact us if you need a copy of our taxpayer ID form (Form W-9), or our sales tax exempt purchaser certificate (Form ST-5).

Do I still need to submit NJIT a royalty report even though we have had no commercial sales?

Yes. Royalty reports are due regardless of whether there have been commercial sales. Please email your royalty reports to patents@NJIT.edu.
