Physical Training

Physical Fitness is very important to the Air Force and is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Physical Training (PT) is an integral part of ROTC, and cadets are required to attend 2 PT sessions per week. The PT schedule for a typical semester is shown below.

In addition to participating in PT twice a week, all cadets are expected to meet height and weight standards and pass the Physical Fitness Asessment (PFA) every semester. The PFA consists of 4 events and points are awarded for performance during each event. A maximum of 100 points can be earned, with a passing score of 75 points.   • Monday, 1500 - 1600
  • Tuesday, 1500 - 1600
  • Wednesday, 0710 - 0810
  • Thursday, 0710 - 0810*
  • Friday, 0710 - 0810
  • *Mandatory.
