The Detachment 490 staff is called the Cadre and is comprised of three officers and two enlisted personnel. The Cadre consists of the Detachment Commander, Operations Flight Commander, Recruiting Flight Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Personnel and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Knowledge Operations Management.
