NJIT places significant value on the collective experiences of those entities that have successfully applied, received and utilized EPA Brownfield Assessment, Clean-up and Revolving Loan Fund Grants.  In an effort to better serve those who are thinking of applying for such grants or have actually received them and are seeking guidance on how to proceed, NJIT invites you share your success stories and lessons learned related to your brownfields redevelopment and application experiences.

• before and after photographs of your brownfields redevelopment
• examples of successful applications/proposals for Brownfield funding
• examples of request for proposals for Brownfield consulting services
• strategies for community buy-in
