Students in Chemistry, Physics and Math courses can ask questions and interact with tutors on Piazza.
How quickly will my questions be answered on Piazza?
Tutors review the Piazza website each night and over the weekend so, in most cases, student questions will be answered within 24 hours.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask on Piazza?
Students are not limited to the number of questions they can ask on Piazza. However, students are encouraged to prepare their questions based on concepts they need help with, rather than simply to post homework questions.
After corresponding with a tutor on Piazza, what should I do if I still do not understand the material?
If, after posting a question (and follow-up questions) on Piazza, you still do not understand the material, come to The TLC in Kupfrian 200 to meet with a tutor during open hours or schedule an individual appointment so our tutors can assist you.
