Each leadership award winner, her nominating teacher, and her parents will be invited to attend the banquet with guest speaker, and pre-banquet information session highlighting research and experiences of NJIT women faculty and students. Each school may select two women students to receive the award. Schools may develop their own
criteria for selection or use the following suggested guidelines:
