Jane F. Gaertner Promoted To Higher Post in Career Development Services at New Jersey Institute of Technology


NEWARK, March 7--Jane F. Gaertner was recently promoted to associate director for employer relations for the Division of Career Development Services (CDS) at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

Gaertner is responsible for developing recruiting and other partnership relationships with companies, government and public sector organizations.

Gaertner began her career at NJIT as an assistant director in CDS managing cooperative education and internships for NJIT. "I had the opportunity to work with students from every major in the university," Gaertner says. Prior to coming to NJIT, Gaertner was employed at Montclair State University, Montclair, New Jersey, New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies, New York, New York, and the Foreign Policy Association, New York, New York.
