Leadership Programs - Resource Library
Within the Center for Student Leadership, you can get information on Leadership Services: Individual and Group leadership assessments and counseling services – Staff member will attend your meetings to observe and then provide you with a leadership assessment that will help you pinpoint the strengths of your leadership style. They will also provide suggestions for continued skill development. Organizational Conflict Management – Conflict is an inevitable part of group dynamics. To learn how to make conflict positive for you and your organization individual conflict resolution style assessment tools are available or group workshops on Conflict Resolution. Leadership Testing – Come find out more about your leadership or communication style and how to use it to your advantage. Download Resource Handouts
Download resources on topics listed below, relevant to your student organization success! You can also find paper copies of the resources below in the Center for Student Leadership, Campus Center 495 and in the First Floor Elevator Lobby.
Leadership Resources Library The Leadership Resources Library continues to add titles to its collection - you can currently check out books on icebreakers and teambuilders, leadership theory and practice, and loose-leaf materials to create workshops and retreats. You can also check out low-ropes course materials and instructions for your own personal teambuilding exercises. You can download your copy of the Leadership Resources Library holdings or stop by the Center for Student Leadership to browse through the collection. More titles are added throughout the semester, so keep checking in for new resources that can help you and your organization. All items are available for one week, and must be checked out from Joseph Rios, Assistant Director for Leadership and Diversity Programs.
